Plans, founding shops, and cancelling
Free, Plus and Pro side by side, what the first ten Los Angeles shops get, and what Free keeps if you stop paying.

Free includes 10 edits a month by asking. Card processing passes through at Stripe’s rate when card checkout is enabled. Prices are in USD. The full list is on the Pricing page.
Founding shops
The first ten shops in Los Angeles are founding shops. They get Plus free for 12 months and 0% Sweetspot fees on orders for those 12 months, which is the Pro rate on a Plus page. Send us your domain and we connect it. Founding access can use Sweetspot ordering as well as an outside order link.
When it ends
We email you 30 days before the date in your Founding welcome. If you have separately chosen a paid Plus or Pro subscription, that plan remains; otherwise the page falls back to Free when Founding access ends. A Founding grant never starts a paid subscription by itself.
Cancelling, and what Free keeps
Plus and Pro cancel any time from Billing in your dashboard, which opens the Stripe portal. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the page moves to Free. It does not go dark.
- The page stays up at sweetspot.la/site/your-shop, using the Free plan’s limits and branding rules.
- Items beyond 20 are hidden, not deleted. Existing photo files are retained, but new photo slots are blocked while the account is at the Free limit. Hidden items come back when you upgrade again.
- Your own domain turns off. It stops pointing at the page; the sweetspot.la address keeps working. The Sweetspot footer comes back.
- The featured item becomes an ordinary item.
- Sweetspot ordering turns off. Set an outside order button — DM, phone, form, Square or Toast — before the period ends, or no order action will appear.
Nothing is deleted by cancelling. Deleting your account is the only thing that deletes the page; see Support.
How billing works
Every page starts on Free. Choose Plus or Pro from Pricing or Billing, review the amount in Stripe Checkout, and confirm it there. No one is charged for a plan they did not choose.
- You pay by card, through Stripe. We never see your card number.
- Monthly plans bill on the day you upgrade and the same day each month after. Yearly is $190 for Plus, two months free, and $490 for Pro.
- Open Billing in your dashboard for the Stripe portal, payment method, invoices and cancellation controls.
- A Founding shop’s free year ends on the date in its welcome email; opening Billing does not shorten the grant.
