Is Free really free?
Yes. Up to 20 items, your page at sweetspot.la/site/your-shop, and edits by asking. It stays free.
Does the page take orders?
Not yet. Your order button points to what you use today: DM, phone, a form, Square, or Toast. Ordering on the page opens for founding shops first. On Plus it is 3% per order; on Pro it is 0%.
What does "card processing at cost" mean?
When ordering opens, the card processor’s rate (Stripe, 2.9% + 30¢ on U.S. cards) passes through at cost on every plan. Sweetspot adds 3% on Plus and nothing on Pro.
Do buyers pay a fee?
No. Buyers pay the price you set and any applicable tax. Sweetspot never adds a buyer service fee.
Can I use my own domain?
On Plus. Founding shops have Plus included, so send us the domain and we connect it.
What happens after the founding year?
Plus continues at $19 a month, or you stay on Free with your page still up. Items beyond 20 are hidden, not deleted. We email you 30 days before the year ends.
Can I cancel?
Plus and Pro cancel anytime. Your page stays live on Free.
